He got me in right away, told me exactly what the problem was, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and communicated with me the whole way through. I cant say enough of the team there. They fixed my busted-up knockoff kit that I had done elsewhere with one of their premium ones, and even identified and corrected some other issues the previous installers caused. Bottom line, they are passionate about what they do, exceptionally good at it, and top it all off with amazing customer service and a friendly attitude. Darren F. 5/14/19 Great experience! Initially I called Vertical Doors to find out where in the Bay Area they recommended to have there kits professionally installed. After speaking with Danny I found out they had a promotion that included free installation with purchase of there kit directly. This instantly enticed me to place a 50% deposit, schedule a date for installation and commit to driving over 800 miles. I would highly recommended vertical doors. There response time, customer service, ease of installation, literally anything you can think in a great company vertical doors exceeds! I absolutely love my set up I got through them and you will too! They offer in house installation as well as diy instructions in case you can’t have it done in house! And the steps are easy to follow and when we had a unsure step we called and they responded immediately and sent pics to help! I have ordered and self installed a C7 Corvette Vertical door kit on my convertible. The kit is a top quality product and great tech help if needed I am looking forward to doing a C8 install later this year. Just waiting on my Corvette to be made and delivered.
